The Gemini Crypto Rewards Credit Card has finally launched after having 500,000 people sign up for the waiting list since the first announcement in January 2021.
The Gemini Mastercard is finally available in the US.
Cardholders can earn up to 3% crypto back on dining, 2% crypto back on groceries, and 1% crypto back on everything else, with crypto rewards paid into user’s Gemini accounts instantly.
Gemini started off as a cryptocurrency exchange based in the US and similar to Coinbase and others, they now offer their users a credit card.
Cardholders can use the card anywhere Mastercard is accepted, and will be able to choose from more than 60 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and others, for their crypto bonuses/rewards. The card is made of stainless steel and comes in three colors – silver, rose gold, and black which you can view on the site here.
Crypto rewards are protected by Gemini’s security, Mastercard provides Zero liability protection to unauthorized transactions and ID theft protection.

The application process is now fully open, you just need to register an account. Keep in mind they require a “good” to “excellent” credit score.
